Briercliffe Parish Council

Briercliffe Parish Council at some time between 1894 and 1904.
The only two people I can recognise are:
Back row extreme right: John Taylor (1857-1926), my great grandfather and father of the above Hartley and William Ewart
Front row second from the right: Dr William Robert Muir ( -1904), who was
elected in December 1894 as the first Chairman of the Parish Council. He was Chairman during 1895 and 1896 and died in 1904.
I suspect that Abraham Leaver (1864-1937) is also on this photograph, because he served on the Parish Council for many years and was chairman between 1907 and 1909.
